We receive a steady flow of investment opportunities through our established network of relationships. Investment opportunities are primarily identified with in-house resources that source and evaluate potential investments, and negotiate and execute transactions. Such resources have already allowed us to identify over 300 potential acquisition targets valued at over ˆ5 billion.
A variety of methods are used, including:
- Strategic Relationships: Partnerships and long-term relationships with in-country brokerages, local investment companies, or diverse holding companies that provide additional access to deal flow.
- Structured Research: A structured top-down research approach is employed, aimed at identifying the most interesting sectors and companies in each country.
- Opportunistic: SigmaBleyzer’s network of contacts throughout the region in both business and government allows the company to source interesting and unique deals. Local personnel made up of professionals hired from the local investment and diplomatic community actively seek such opportunities.
