The first Ukrainian Growth Fund is a $20 million fund and began making investments in 1996 during the privatization process in Ukraine. The fund made a total of 68 investments in a variety of industries, including Electrical Utilities, Food & Beverage, Industrial Equipment, Metals and other. The fund is now closed, harvesting its remaining investments, and distributing funds to investors.

Orgzhonikidze Ore Mining and Processing Plant (GZK) performs open-cut mining of the western part of Nikopol manganese ore deposit. Orgzhonikidze GZK is the largest Ukrainian producer of manganese ore and one of the world leaders in producing and processing manganese ore.
The plant primarily specializes in mining and production of manganese concentrate and agglomerate for ferroalloy plants.

Lyonotex was founded in 1961 as a state enterprise, the Zhytomyr Flax Combine. In mid-1990s, Lyonotex was a monopoly on the Ukrainian flax textiles market. The company is also the only producer of duck fabric in Ukraine. The structure of the company included two factories producing industrial and household textiles.
From 1997 to 2003, the company faced a deep financial crisis caused by a lack of working capital. In early 2004, the company recommenced its activities. After technical reequipment, the first production line was put into operation.
