UGF III

The third Ukrainian Growth Fund is a $60 million fund that began investing in late 1997, with the majority of its capital invested after the 1998 Russian financial crisis. The fund made a total of 34 investments, with most of its capital used to acquire majority positions in companies. UGF III invested  in Cable TV and Media, Software Development, Food & Beverage, and Electrical Utilities, among others. The fund is now closed, harvesting its remaining investments, and distributing funds to investors.
