The Company announces competition to fill in the vacancy of LEGAL ADVISER.

Qualification requirements:
• Higher legal education;
• Minimum experience working in the same position: 3 years;
• Experience in working with controlling and law enforcement agencies;
• Experience in processing cases in courts of general and economic jurisdiction;
• Excellent knowledge of procedural legislation;
• High competence in compiling documents (letters, suits, statements, complaints, claims, etc.);
• Knowledge of functions, rights, responsibilities, and powers of controlling agencies;
• Excellent knowledge of corporate law and securities legislation;

Functions and Responsibilities:
• Full legal support of the Company operations, including consulting activity and contracts preparation/concluding;
• Representation of the Company interests in enterprise managerial bodies and organizations;
• Representation of the Company interests in judicial and other government bodies: participation in legal procedures on behalf of the company, representation of the Company interests in case of appeals, claims on the part of the government, individuals, and contractors;
• Handling inquiries, orders, and other claims filed by individuals and government agencies on the Company on the issues of legality of its business activity;
• Monitoring major changes in the current legislation that regulates the Company operation and briefing the manager on them.
