A successful experience of Ukrainian growth funds is expected to be focal points at the two-day 4th annual world investment conference, which opened at the "Metropolitan Club" in New York City on October 16.

About 300 investment companies and agencies with general capital of more than 1 trillion USD are participating in the conference. The participants are to discuss biggest international bargains of 2003, growth trends and investment strategies.

Michael Bleyzer, President and Director-Manager of the investment company "SigmaBleyzer", addressed the conference with the key report. The "SigmaBleyzer", one of Ukraine's biggest investors and one of East Europe's experienced investors of loan-free capital, was founded in 1993 and manages Ukrainian growth funds. The company manages 100 M.USD, invested in more than 70 different Ukrainian companies.

Presently, the company is opening the South-East European Growth Fund, loan-free capital funds, offices of which will be headquartered in Bulgaria, Romania, Serbia and Montenegro, and other Balkan countries.

The "SigmaBleyzer" has its representations in the USA, Ukraine, Bulgaria and Romania. Michael Bleyzer initiated creation of the Bleyzer Foundation, a non-profit organization, which proposes new approaches and actively assists countries in the process of transition to market economy.
