SigmaBleyzer Chief says Jackson-Vanick Amendment will be shortly revoked

According to Michael Bleyzer, president of the SigmaBleyzer investment fund, the Jackson-Vanick Amendment will be shortly nullified with regard to Ukraine, and in 2006 Ukraine will most certainly join the World Trade Organisation.
Mr Bleyzer also stated his conviction that Ukraine and the USA will shortly sign the bipartite protocol on mutual access to markets of commodities and services, which Ukraine needs for joining the WTO.
Touching on the status of implementing investment projects of Ukraine, Mr Bleyzer complained about lacking clear-cut rules to privatize state-owned property as a major investment-braking factor.
