October 21, 2009. The Bleyzer Foundation (TBF), SigmaBleyzer, and US-Ukraine Business Council gave a press conference to discuss the outcomes of The first annual International Forum on the Economic Development of Ukraine “The Impact of the Global Liquidity crisis and the Road to Economic Recovery”, which took place on October 15, 2009 in Washington, D.C.   

Press conference participants included:
Valery Heyets, Head of the Institute for Economics and Forecasting, Ukrainian National Academy of Sciences
Vadym Bodayev, Director, SigmaBleyzer
Oleg Ustenko, Executive Director, The Bleyzer Foundation (TBF).     
The press conference participants emphasized that the forum was the largest event organized in the U.S. on the economic development of Ukraine since Ukraine gained independence.
The forum provided a new venue to discuss the entire spectrum of U.S.-Ukraine relations.
