The speakers included:
Oleg Ustenko, Executive Director of The Bleyzer Foundation;
Vladimir Lanovoy, President of the Market Reform Center;
Vladimir Stus, Head of the Analytics and Forecasting Group, Center of Strategic Initiatives
Valeriy Gladkiy, General Director of the Analytical Center Bureau of Economic and Social Technologies.
     Among other things, the experts stated the following:
1. The economic situation on the global markets has started showing some signs of recovery in leading global economies.
2. It is safe to expect that end-2009 – early-2010 will see the start of Ukraine’s economic revival. Currently, The Bleyzer Foundation forecasts that Ukrainian GDP growth may reach up to 3% in 2010. 
3. A well-reasoned economic policy, continued cooperation with the IMF, and the implementation of comprehensive reforms after the presidential elections are expected to create favorable conditions for a stronger economic growth in the country.
