Mr. Bulavin graduated from Kharkov Institute of Radioelectronics in Ukraine.  His post-graduate studies include a certificate from the International School of Business at the Kharkiv Engineering Economics Institute.  He is certified in Ukraine as an investment fund asset manager and as a securities market specialist. 

Mr. Bulavin is a member of the arbitrage-disciplinary committee of the PFTS (the Ukrainian OTC market), and is also an arbiter on the PFTS arbitration tribunal. 

In 1994 he joined SIGMA Fund, and in 1995 became Vice President of SIGMA Fund.

Sergey Bulavin is Director of SigmaBleyzer and Head of Corporate Finance & Brokerage.
