Mr. Boyko, graduated from the National Academy of Jurisprudence.  Prior to joining SIGMA Fund in 1994, he was the founder and director of the law firm "Legal Service", and was head of the legal department of the Kharkov Information Agency. 

In 1994, he became the chief legal counsel for Investment Group SIGMA and head of the legal department at SIGMA Fund.

Sergey Boyko is Director of SigmaBleyzer, Legal adviser, and Manager of special project "Volia".
