We are a private equity firm focused on investing in regions that are making the transition to free market economies – specifically countries of the Former Soviet Union and Eastern Europe. With a strong presence on the ground in our countries of operation, we take an active, hands-on role in the management of our funds’ investments. We select those companies most likely to succeed, and then give them every advantage to do so.

 

In addition to working actively with portfolio companies, we engage the governments of the countries in which we invest to help them carry out the reforms necessary for economic growth and development. We leverage a strong infrastructure of local and Western talent to manage and improve our holdings, while working through our NGO, The Bleyzer Foundation, to help the countries in their transition to a market economy.
